Erin go bragh. Ireland forever. Get your leprechaun on, and make sure you're wearing green, its Saint Patty's day! All over the world, people celebrate Saint Patrick's day to remember the patron saint of Ireland. Each country has its own way of celebrating. In countries like Argentina and Japan, there are large parades to commemorate our friends from Ireland. In America we love to celebrate Saint Patrick's day. From after hours gatherings celebrating Irish traditions, or wearing green to avoid being pinched. We have even created green beer to celebrate the patron saint of Ireland. In Ireland however the festivities are more centered around families. In a way Saint Patrick's Day is the equivalent to Thanksgiving in America. Saint Patrick's Day is a national holiday, so the people have the day off of work. The day is meant to be spent with family and loved ones.
Many of the villages have their own local parades, but the largest parade is in Dublin. The pubs are packed, and traditional Irish music is blared, and as every true Irishmen knows Guinness is sure to be flowing like water. After the festivities families gather to have a traditional meal of Lamb Roast, or Corned Beef. Bring out the Irish in you this season. Our silhouette frames here at Winterland Inc. are a crowd favorite. Whether you're in Dublin, or Boston, the St. Patrick's Day decorations are sure to be a hit! The durable frames are made of high quality steel, paired with vivid retro-fit LED lights. Let your shamrock fly, and your Irish pride fly!
